Branding and HubSpot website redesign case study

Epiq Solutions

Epiq Solutions is an enterprise software company building complex, engineer-focused products. As their product offering matured, their website needed to evolve from a generic marketing site into a clear, structured system that supports product discovery, sales conversations, and long-term growth.

Challenges

Epiq’s previous website struggled to clearly communicate the breadth and depth of their product offering.

While the technology itself was robust, the website suffered from:

  • Unclear product hierarchy and navigation
  • Messaging that didn’t match how engineers and technical buyers evaluate software
  • A structure that made it difficult to expand product content over time
  • Limited flexibility for publishing resources and supporting materials

As sales conversations became more product- and use-case-driven, the website needed to shift from “company brochure” to product-led platform.

How we approached it

UX & Information Architecture

We started by restructuring the site around how Epiq’s buyers actually think, not how internal teams describe the product. This included:

  • Mapping product categories and use cases
  • Defining clearer entry points for different audience segments
  • Simplifying navigation to reduce cognitive load for technical users

The goal was clarity first, especially for engineers and product stakeholders evaluating the platform.

Website Restructure & HubSpot Implementation

Rather than a full redesign, the focus was on structural clarity and scalability:

  • Reorganizing core pages and navigation
  • Introducing CMS-based product page logic
  • Creating reusable modules that support future expansion

HubSpot CMS was used to give Epiq’s team more control without sacrificing consistency.

Content & Resource Foundation

We laid the groundwork for a scalable resource system by:

  • Defining a clear structure for documentation and educational content
  • Ensuring resources could grow alongside product development
  • Aligning content hierarchy with SEO and discoverability best practices

This positioned the website as a long-term asset, not a one-off redesign.

What we achieved

  • Fully restructured website architecture focused on product clarity
  • Improved UX for technical and enterprise audiences
  • CMS-driven system ready for ongoing product and content expansion
  • Cleaner navigation aligned with real buyer journeys
  • Solid foundation for SEO, AEO, and future CRO initiatives

The result was a website that supports sales and product growth, rather than slowing it down.
