We got asked a lot of these questions

How do monthly subscriptions work?

Projects usually takes around 2 moths to complete, but exactly how long it takes depends on many factors, from project size, complexity, and functionalities.

With our pricing plans you don’t just buy hours, you also buy one month of work (or more, depending on how many months you’re subscribing to). Within one month you have a certain amount of hours depending on a plan that you selected. These hours will be used during the ongoing month and all unused hours will be transferred to the next month.

Hours will be transferring as long as you keep subscribing to our monthly plans and as soon as the subscription is stoped, hours can be used until ongoing month ends, after that all unused hours will be lost.

If you used all of the hours and month has not ended, you can either wait for the month to end to start a new month with full hours from your current plan or pay every hour additionally at $100/h that will be billed at the start of the next month.

Can we work without a package?

Unfortunately not. To provide the level of our services that we’re proud of and deliver our promises of bonuses that the clients are getting, you need to choose either a one-time project or ongoing plan pricing package.

How fast do you respond? Do we have weekly meetings?

We'll reply to all messages sent from 9 AM to 6 PM CEST on the same day. Messages sent after 6 PM will be answered the next morning.

We guarantee this response time, but usually, we're available for meetings and planning for Australian and US clients based on their needs.

Depending on your workflow, we can schedule weekly or monthly meetings to keep track of the progress, and plan ahead.

Can you still build a new website if I select an ongoing plan?

Unfortunately, no! We like to think of the website-building process as a part of the One-time project plan since it requires full dedication of our team and it’s not something we can build just buy working 80 hours a month on it. You’ll have to upgrade to our One-time or Enterprise project plan in order to build a full website.

Planing like this will ensure we we keep the project's long-term vision while still having the flexibility to change top priorities weekly and make some last-minute daily fixes.

Are hours for QA and communication tracked?

We don’t charge for QA. It’s on us for all projects to ensure smooth operations. That way, our Development & QA team ensures that every page we create will work on all browsers and devices without you paying more for QA engineering.

On the other hand, communication is tracked in order to ensure best possible experience for our partners.

A total of 10% of purchased hours is automatically allocated to Project Management and meetings, ensuring best experience for our partners.

Will you stop working if we use up all the hours in the package?

We’ll be transparent about the number of hours included in your package. We’ll report how many you've used and whether you're getting close to using more than what's included.

If you do go over, we'll keep track of those extra hours, communicate if you’re okay with the extra workload, and send you an invoice on the 5th of the month. The billing period for extra hours and for adding additional hours is on the 1st of each month.
If you need more work done beyond what's included in the ongoing package, you'll get a 10% discount to our current $100/hour.

Can we transfer unspent project hours to the next month?

Yes! To provide the level of our services that we’re proud of and deliver our promises of bonuses that the clients are getting. But please note that if you cancel your monthly plan, you’ll need to use all of your remaining hours during the following month or they will be lost after 1st of the next month.

Do you have an Enterprise plan?

Yes, we do! Enterprise plan is for much larger projects and for our partners that can’t fit in with Ongoing and One-time Project plans. It’s more of a custom solution for a large project and it can include all perks that are in our pricing list.

How is a Growth Plan different than the Start-to-finish?

Growth Plan is for project maintenance, update, and optimization, either design, branding, or Webflow development. It can’t be used as an end-to-end project solution. If you feel that you’ll need constant website updates right after the website is completed we can create a custom plan for your needs to cover it all.
