About role
We are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager with proven sales expertise and familiarity with the creative industry.

Day to day

  • Idenitfy and research potential clients or projects that align with the agency's creative services
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and collaborators
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
  • Create and present proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and budgets, to potential clients
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects are executed according to the client's expectations and within the budget
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional work
  • Keep track of sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts to assess progress toward revenue goals
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts
  • Gather client feedback and insights to help improve the agency's services and offerings
  • Analyze the success of business development strategies and adjust them as needed
  • Set and track business development goals and key performance indicator (KPIs)

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development management experience
  • Expertise in Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Expertise in CRM and Data Analysis
  • Experience in creative industry is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, MailChimp, Trello, Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to commute to work
