Online and Offline Resources

We use online tools, platforms, media and statistics to learn about client’s industry, brand, competitors and target audience.

Client Meetings

We talk face-to-face to our clients to learn about their branding, behaviour, goals, preferences and dig problems we need to solve with design.

HMW questions

During our first meeting with clients we write down questions in the form of how might we. It helps us set a clear goal and leads to problem-solving.

How might we illustrate what makes our client different from their competitors?

Deciding & Voting

Everyone gets 3 red dots to vote on the questions they think are crucial and should be answered first.

The three questions that receive the most votes determine the direction of the project and we need to answer them with design solutions.
