Agile approach

Instead of linear QA processes, we use iterative approaches, dividing process into phases or sprints. We develop, test, and implement changes in each phase before proceeding to the next one.

Accessibility testing

We do manual and automatic testing for websites to ensure that people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, or motor impairments, can access and use the website effectively.

HMW questions

During our first meeting with clients we write down questions in the form of how might we. It helps us set a clear goal and leads to problem-solving.

e.g.
How might we illustrate what makes our client different from their competitors?

Deciding & Voting

Everyone gets 3 red dots to vote on the questions they think are crucial and should be answered first.

The three questions that receive the most votes determine the direction of the project and we need to answer them with design solutions.
