Understanding and upgrading how design works
Prototypes can help spot mistakes and problems in the early phases of design, while constant testing gives a lot of valuable feedback.
methods
Figma and Webflow

For simple interactions of sections and pages, we do early prototypes in Figma to see the functioning of the overall structure. Developing in Webflow is better for more complex animations and functions.

Testing in Hotjar

Design testing is the last step, where we see if everything works for the people for whom this design is intended. We do this with the client's target users or with the help of Hotjar we do A/B testing, questionnaires, and interviews.

HMW questions

During our first meeting with clients we write down questions in the form of how might we. It helps us set a clear goal and leads to problem-solving.

e.g.
How might we illustrate what makes our client different from their competitors?

Deciding & Voting

Everyone gets 3 red dots to vote on the questions they think are crucial and should be answered first.

The three questions that receive the most votes determine the direction of the project and we need to answer them with design solutions.
