Broworks is a full-service Webflow design & development agency and brand partner. We provide:

Strategy & Identity: research, positioning, brand strategy, personas, logo design, style guides, brand books.
Website Design & Development: UX design, UI design, visual design, art direction, information architecture, prototyping, Webflow development, CMS setup, content migration, QA, and HubSpot website development.
Marketing & Growth: HubSpot CRM setup and integrations, marketing automation, email marketing, LinkedIn Ads campaign management, lead scoring, dashboards, SEO, CRO, and analytics.

We operate with a remote-local culture and collaborate with startups, scaleups, and enterprises across industries including SaaS, healthcare, fintech, communications, entertainment, and marketing

2. Nutzung der Dienste und Zugriff auf die Website

We work with clients under two main engagement models:

Fixed-Price Projects
‍
- Typically 4–8 weeks with a dedicated team of 3–6 experts.
- Includes complete brand or website transformations with strategy, custom design, Webflow development, and HubSpot automation.
- Minimum engagement: $10,000+

Monthly Subscriptions (Retainers)
‍
- Ongoing partnerships starting at $3,000/month.
- Includes dedicated team support across design, development, SEO, HubSpot automation, LinkedIn Ads, and CRO.
- Ideal for clients who need long-term, flexible support with continuous improvements

3. Allgemeine Bedingungen

By using our services or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are engaging Broworks on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

Misuse, copy, or resell Broworks intellectual property without consent.
Interfere with website security, hosting, or digital systems.
Use our services in ways that harm reputation, disrupt operations, or violate legal rights.

5. Garantie und Eigentum

All content on www.broworks.net (including text, designs, graphics, processes, case studies, and code) is owned or licensed by Broworks. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

Client assets (logos, content, trademarks, etc.) remain the property of the client. Broworks retains the right to showcase non-confidential deliverables as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Zahlung und Anzahlung

Vor jeder Aktivität ist eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich, die als Sicherheitsmaßnahme für die personellen und technischen Ressourcen von Broworks dient. Die Vorauszahlung beträgt 50% der gesamten Projektkosten, es sei denn, das Angebot sieht je nach Umfang und Art des Projekts einen niedrigeren oder höheren Prozentsatz der Vorauszahlung vor. Wir werden von unserem gesetzlichen Recht Gebrauch machen, Zinsen gemäß Handelsrecht zu verlangen, wenn der Kunde die Schuld nicht bezahlt hat oder wenn er die Zahlungsfrist (angegebenes Fälligkeitsdatum) überschritten hat.

7. Vertrauliche Informationen

All fees and payment schedules are outlined in project proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), or subscription agreements.

Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

Late payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or additional fees.

8. Liability and Warranties

Broworks provides services on an “as-is” basis, with industry-standard best practices.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or revenue increases, though we consistently deliver measurable improvements in SEO, CRO, and performance.

We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Webflow, HubSpot, Hotjar, or Google Analytics. Broworks is not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues arising from third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts with such providers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice according to the terms set in the signed SOW or subscription agreement. Upon termination:
‍

All outstanding payments remain due.
Access to Broworks’ design, development, or marketing systems will be revoked.
Clients retain ownership of completed and paid deliverables.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Serbia, where Broworks is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
